Return Policy
Returns are accepted for jewelry only within 14 days if item is not as described or jewelry has a craftsmanship defect. Products will be inspected within 24 hours of being received before a refund is issued. Please put the order number in the subject line and email photos of the concern.
I would also be more than happy to repair at no cost and ship the product to you at no cost.
Cancellations
No. We work hard to package products as soon as an order is placed. With email approval you can request a simple return. You can return the product if original shipping box is unopened. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Monday- Friday. Excludes major holidays.
