Refund policy

RETURNS: 

Returns is for jewelry only within 14 days of delivery. If not as described or jewelry has a craftsmanship defect. Products will be inspected within 24 hours of being received before a refund is issued. Please put the order number in the subject line and email photos of the concern.
I would also be more than happy to repair at no cost and ship the product back at no cost. 

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be refunded back to original payment or by request a gift card.

EXCLUDED:

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind.
